We Need More Information & Confirmation

This page is for obtaning necessary information about the appliance to be serviced for future appointments. 

For Warranty Claims , Customer must show proof of purchase ready prior to technicians visit or update here on this page, ex. invoice, bills, receipt,proof of delivery.

Take picture of the following important information we need. This will us help avoid delays of  your service appointments or repairs to be done.

1.Model# Serial # Tag  is located on the unit itself ( required ) – upload important

2.Any consmetic or damage you are complaining ( required if damage is visible ) upload optional

3.Any Error codes that you see on screen unit – upload optional

4.Record Noise Complaints ( record using your phone if noise are intermittent ) – show to tech upon visit – optional

5.Reciept ,Invoice,Bill, Proof of Delivery – ( we dont accept bank records showing the purchase  ) – must show proof

If your address is difficult to find, take a screenshot  using your phone with your location showing in google maps view. or share a copy link of of your location using googlemap, you can also provide us street marking or landmark for the technician to easily find your address.

Make sure to review your manufacturers warranty policy which can be found on your manual or visit https://www.whirlpool.ca/en_ca/owners.html . Some issues may not be covered under warranty and the customer has a responsibility to pay any service fees, labor & parts.
