I. After we recieved your appointment request. You/Customer will recieve a text or email confirmation that we recieved your request and all the details you provided to us will be included within that email or text confirmation.
II. Advance Appliance ltd. customer service will reach out to you/client during business hours. This is to confirm your booking and will explain how our process, service works and rates base on your location, They may ask for more information if you have not provided us the required details. They may also contact you to correct rates based on your location or the type of work involved. You may also call us @ 587-882-3225 during business hours.
III. Advance Appliance ltd will send a Technician to visit the service location where the appliance is/are installed. Technician will determine the issue & provide an estimated cost to repair the unit/units. If repair is approved by customer/client. Service call fee is waived, Only labor and part/s cost will be charged to the customer/client.
