Shipping Policy

Items or Parts That are common and stocked will be shipped within one or two business days via ADVANCE Appliance Ltd. carrier of choice and most orders processed by 5:00 pm Buyer’s local time. ADVANCE Appliance Ltd. does not charge delivery for local orders that meet our minimum $50 value order before taxes otherwise ADVANCE Appliance Ltd. charges $4.75 or up $23 handling fee plus carriers rate for all provinces in Canada and all territories in Canada. 

Special orders may require additional shipping time, and averages 10 to 15 business days. All special orders are subject to a 100% deposit and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-product exchange.  Oversized, cubed or heavy items or to items that require special handling will be subject to extra charges or fees. Sales department  will advise customers of additional freight fees prior to your order being delivered or shipped.

We Currently don’t shipped to remote places or secluded areas where common couriers do not deliver and for shipment of large, oversized, cubed or heavy items or to items that require special handling.You will be contacted by our Customer Service Team as your order is cancelled and any funds that have been processed will be returned to the original payment method. Customer/You will be advised of additional freight fees prior to your order being delivered or shipped.

ADVANCE Appliance Ltd. will not ship items considered to be  Hazardous Materials or Dangerous Goods. If an order contains a Dangerous Item/product will be cancelled. You will be contacted by our Customer Service Team as your order is cancelled and any funds that have been processed will be returned to the original payment method. All amounts are charged in Canadian funds. Please review the current currency exchange rate before placing your order.

ADVANCE Appliance Ltd. reserves the right to choose carrier of choice for all deliveries and makes use of Canada Post and other common couriers. All orders to be received must be signed for. Please specify any delivery instructions via the comment section of your order, including requests that orders be held for pickup at the post office or courier depot.

ADVANCE Appliance Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or damage to orders during transit. In the event of damage caused by the carrier, please retain any damaged cartons or other packaging for carrier inspection and take pictures by sending an email to support@advanceappliance.ca . It is important that the Buyer shall examine all products upon receipt and within 24 Hours Subject to Refund Policy, Buyer can claims for damage, shortage, errors in shipment or improper delivery must be made, otherwise after which date exceeds 24hrs, Buyer will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the products, and have no right to reject the products or to revoke acceptance. You must provide your delivery tag/waybill number, packing slip number and account name if available to ADVANCE Appliance Ltd. customer support team, support@advanceappliance.ca
