🚚 Shipping Timeframes

• In-Stock Items: Shipped within 1–2 business days via Canada Post or major couriers.
• Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (local time) processed same day.
• Special Orders: Require 10–15 business days. 100% prepaid, non-cancellable, and non-returnable.

💲 Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

• Free Delivery: Orders over $50 (before tax) in local delivery zones.
• Under $50: $4.75 handling fee applies.
• Nationwide Shipping: $4.75–$23 handling fee + courier rate (Canada-wide).

📦 Oversized or Heavy Items

Extra charges may apply for oversized, cubed, or heavy items. Customers will be notified of additional freight fees before shipment.

🚫 Restricted Delivery Locations

We do not ship to remote or secluded locations where standard couriers do not deliver. Orders will be cancelled and fully refunded if shipping is unavailable.

⚠️ Dangerous Goods Policy

We do not ship hazardous materials or dangerous goods. Orders containing restricted items will be cancelled, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

📋 Delivery Instructions

• Signature Required: All orders require a signature upon delivery.
• Special Requests: Use the order comment box to request depot pickup or delivery notes.

📷 Reporting Damages or Errors

If your item arrives damaged:

• Retain all packaging and take clear photos.
• Email support@advanceappliance.ca within 24 hours of delivery.
• Include your delivery tag, packing slip, and account name (if available).

Note: After 24 hours, the delivery is considered accepted, and claims will not be processed.

All orders are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Please review your currency exchange rate if purchasing internationally.
