QUICK ONLINE BOOKING

I. Booking Confirmation

Once you submit your appointment request, you’ll receive a confirmation by text or email. This will summarize all the details you provided during booking, including your contact information, appliance type, and preferred date and time.

II. Our Team Will Contact You

Our Advance Appliance Ltd. customer service team will reach out during business hours to confirm your appointment, review your details, and explain our service process.

We will also clarify the service call fee, any location-based adjustments, and how pricing may vary based on your appliance type. If needed, we may request additional information (photos, model number, or error codes) to prepare the technician before arrival.

III. On-Site Diagnosis & Labor Structure

A certified technician will arrive at your location, perform diagnostics and provide a clear, written quote for the repair .

If you approve the repair, the final cost will include:

  • Service call fee (charged per appliance)
  • Quoted labor amount for the repair work
  • Parts required to complete the repair

Standard Appliances – Flat-Rate Labor Available: For most standard household appliances, flat-rate labor pricing is available to keep your invoice predictable and easy to understand.

Premium / Luxury Appliances – Hourly Labor + Mileage: For premium, built-in, or luxury appliances, labor is billed at an hourly rate. If your location is outside our normal 30 km coverage radius, an additional mileage charge applies to cover travel time and fuel.

⚠️ Important: The service call fee is always part of the total invoice and is not waived or discounted, even if you proceed with the repair.
More information: If you have questions about pricing, what’s included in the service call, or how we bill for multiple appliances, please speak with our team before your appointment so we can set clear expectations and avoid surprises.

" Typical Information We Required "

🔧Details of Appliance Issue or Customer Complaint

Example: “My washer won’t drain and shows error code F9E1.”

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible, including any unusual noises, leaks, smells, or error codes. The more detail you provide, the better we can prepare the technician with tools and possible parts before arrival.

🏷️Make & Type of Appliance

Example: Whirlpool – Top Load Washer

Include both the brand and the appliance type (e.g., front-load washer, French door fridge, electric range, gas dryer, built-in oven). This helps us assign the right technician and estimate the correct standard vs. premium/luxury labor structure if needed.

🔍Appliance Model Number

Example: WTW5005KW

Model numbers are usually found on a sticker or metal plate inside the door, on the frame, behind a kick plate, or at the back of the appliance. A clear photo of the model/serial tag is very helpful for pre-ordering parts when possible.

⚠️ Important Fee Notice:
The Service Call / Diagnostic Fee shown during online booking may be different if you are located in Spruce Grove or outside the Edmonton area.

A customer service representative will review your address and confirm the correct fee and any applicable mileage before your appointment. You will receive a confirmation call if you booked online.
