1. Standard LG Warranty Coverage

2. Warranty Approval Requirements

3. What LG Warranty Does Not Cover

4. Advance Appliance Ltd Policy for Denied LG Claims

If LG denies warranty coverage, the customer is responsible for:
  • Service call
  • Labor
  • Diagnostic
  • Parts used during repair
All installed parts are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless proven defective from the box. Hidden issues discovered after the first service may require new quotes and service charges.

5. Admin & Dispatch Checklist

Note: If warranty coverage is unclear, contact LG support via Zendesk email for written verification before proceeding.

  • ✔ Collect proof of purchase or move-in date
  • ✔ Take photo of model and serial label
  • ✔ Call LG support for Authorization # (1-888-542-2623)
  • ✔ Add notes to CRM with warranty status and part order info
