6. How to Verify Warranty

7. Review Manufacturer Warranty for Specific Appliances

Always refer to the official Whirlpool documentation for the most accurate warranty details for each appliance. Warranty coverage may vary by:

  • Appliance model
  • Country or region
  • Purchase channel or promotion
Important: Many Whirlpool appliances include extended component warranties (e.g., 10 years on motors, compressors) — but these are only enforceable if listed in the product-specific User Manual.

📘 Where to Check Warranty Details:

  • Whirlpool Central (for technicians): https://www.whirlpoolcentral.ca
  • User Manual (per appliance): Download directly from the Whirlpool Canada site or request from the customer
  • Support Line: 1-800-807-6777 (for warranty status, Auth #, and documentation)
Tip for Admins: Add a copy of the User Manual PDF link to the CRM notes when scheduling warranty jobs.

8. Advance Appliance Ltd Policy on Non-Covered Repairs

Advance Appliance Ltd will follow all Whirlpool warranty protocols. If Whirlpool denies or excludes a claim based on expiration, missing documentation, improper installation, or ineligible conditions, the customer will be charged for all applicable costs, including:
  • Service call
  • Diagnostic
  • Labor
  • Required parts
All installed parts are considered final and non-returnable unless defective from the box or otherwise covered under Whirlpool’s part warranty. If a separate issue is discovered after the initial service, a new service visit and additional charges may apply.

Disclaimer: Warranty policies are subject to change without notice. Always check the specific warranty details found in your appliance’s user manual. Different brands and models may carry different coverage terms and conditions.
