This checklist serves as a constant reminder for the technician during every job to ensure safety and efficiency. This will elevate the servicing standards of ADVANCE Appliance Ltd., ensuring the safety of both our technicians and clients.
Before Servicing Appliances: ( Check That Applies )
Review any apparent damage on both the appliance and its surroundings prior to service (notify the customer before interacting with the unit). Capture a photo and upload it to Quickpick for documentation.
Take Pictures of Model and Service ( Proof Purpose, Bill Sale, Possession Date - Any that is applicable )
Wear Safety Gear PPE Applicable for the Job ( insulated gloves, safety glass, steel toe shoes )
Disconnected Power of Appliance During Servicing - Avoid Electric Shock
Use Proper Tools (ex. Oven Dolly, Moving Pads, Multimeter)
Clean The Area - free from obstacle avoid trips or falls
After Servicing Appliances: ( Check That Applies )
Provide Estimate Before Repair
Call Techline / Tech Support - If Need Assistance or Required
Reassembled and Reinstalled The Appliance.
Reconnect All Tubing, DrainHose, and Waterline
Tested The Unit is Working as Designed.
Check Make Sure No Leaks ( Water, Gas, Air, Freon ).
Document Work Submit the report back to office.
Plug the Appliance Back - Reconnect Power - Turn on Breaker.
Take Pictures Upon Completion of Work.
Provide Reciept, Send Copy of Estimates or Invoice.
Clean up the area after work and will dispose the waste properly.
Collect Payments - Notify Office Unable to Collect Payment Before Leaving
Comment Relevant To Work( Additional Notes ) -(ex. Notes you provided to customer, or future reference )
Confirm all are Verified>
