Returns Policy

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns Policy for Refrigerator Water Filters

If you’re not satisfied with your product, you may return any item (excluding special orders) within 30 days of receipt. Please follow our simple Returns Procedure:

  • Refrigerator Water or Air Filters can be returned for free. We will provide a prepaid shipping label after issuing an RMA number.
  • All other items must be returned at the customer’s expense unless the error is ours.
  • If you ordered the wrong filter and don’t want a replacement, a return shipping charge and outbound shipment cost (if free) may apply.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale. Electrical/electronic parts are non-returnable once installed.
  • Outbound shipping costs will be deducted for non-filter returns even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
  • Parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Electronic and electro-mechanical parts may incur up to a 30% restocking fee.

Return Steps

Step 1: Request an RMA Number

Fill out the Return Request Form with all required details. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days.

Step 2: Shipping Label

If applicable, we’ll email you a prepaid label for filter returns. For other items, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Step 3: Package Securely

Include all original parts, manuals, and packaging. Place the item in a protective outer box. Poorly packaged items may be rejected.

Step 4: Ship

Clearly mark the RMA number on the label and include a note inside the package.

Terms & Definitions

Authorized Returns

Authorized returns have an RMA# and are returned in their original condition. Used items will not be refunded.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns without an RMA# may be rejected and returned to sender. Shipping costs may apply.

Refused Shipments

Refusing delivery without contacting us may incur return shipping and labor fees.

Types of Claims

Visible Damage, Concealed Damage, or Missing Items

  • Visible: packaging damage noticed at delivery.
  • Concealed: damage discovered after opening.
  • Missing: items listed but not received.
  • Report within 30 days of shipment to be eligible for resolution.

Incorrect Delivery or Lost Package

Report incorrect or lost packages within 40 days. Carriers may contact you for verification. Resolution may take 5–10 business days.

Incorrect Product

Report within 30 days of shipment. Contact us directly for prompt resolution.
