This page is for obtaining necessary information about the Whirlpool appliance to be serviced for future appointments.
For Warranty Claims, the Customer must show proof of purchase ready before the technician’s visit or update here on this page, ex., invoice, bills, receipt, proof of delivery.
Take a picture of the following important information we need. This will help us avoid delays in your service appointments or repairs to be done.
1. Model# Serial # Tag is located on the unit itself ( required ) – upload important
2. Any cosmetic or damage you are complaining about ( required if damage is visible ), upload optional
3. Any Error codes that you see on the screen unit – upload optional
4. Record Noise Complaints ( record using your phone if noise is intermittent ) – show to tech upon visit – optional
5. Receipt, Invoice, Bill, Proof of Delivery – ( we don’t accept bank records showing the purchase ) – must show proof

Failing to comply with the necessary information we need is subject to review, and the service may be rejected.
If your address is difficult to find, take a screenshot using your phone with your location showing in Google Maps view, or share a copy link of your location using Google Maps; you can also provide us with street marking or a landmark for the technician to easily find your address.
